The Effect of Positive Feedback

     While I was in classroom with my students , my English language supervisor attended the lesson . By the end of my lesson she stood up and clapped for me in front of my students . She praised the students for their fluency and for their incredible products that were hanged on  the walls of the class. She appreciated my efforts at the principle office and ask other teachers to visit my classes . That was one of my unforgettable moments in my life , I felt that I have done something right which can be noticed by  others . For the long term , I think this positive feedback gives me a powerful push forward with more  confidence of my self. I continued using  effective strategies with my students and invite other teachers to observe and then meet to discuss advantages and disadvantages of the new techniques . I made demonstration lessons for teachers of  other subjects to show them ways of overcoming their problems. It really changed me a lot and brighten my way for having a better future not only for me but for my beloved students .
